1. What we collect
When you submit the application form we receive: your name, Telegram username or phone, email (optional), selected mode, plan and risk profile, your message, the page language, the page URL and UTM parameters of the link that brought you to the site.
2. Why we collect it
We use this data only to contact you about your application, answer your questions and prepare a client agreement. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Storage period
Application data is stored for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law or by a signed client agreement.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and messaging (hosting, form processing), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use only essential browser storage (for example, your language choice and cookie notice status) and privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally and do not use advertising cookies.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@tase.ai. We answer within 30 days.
